N4 Partners recently required office and meeting room furniture for their new office project, so they approached Park Systems. They asked us to submit a proposal for layout designs as well as for office furniture, boardroom furniture and meeting room furniture. This was to furnish the large open-plan office area, meeting rooms, and a stunning boardroom with fantastic views of the city of Glasgow and the West of Scotland.
THE PROCESS
• Our client dropped into our showroom to view some of our office furniture range.
• Then we listened to what N4 Partners wanted to achieve.
• Park Systems carried out a site visit and took a survey
• Next, discussions took place to ensure we understood how the office and meeting spaces would be used by staff and visitors.
• We then advised our clients on a number of options
• Our interior designer created 3D visuals
• After further discussions our proposals for furniture + layouts were agreed
• We supplied + fitted the furniture at a time which suited our clients
THE RESULT
• On completion of this project, our client is delighted with their new inspiring and productive work space, boardroom, and meeting rooms which they are enjoying working in!
