Park Systems were tasked to create a Flagship Collaboration HUB at the clients Gosforth premises.
Once the furniture specification was agreed we carried out the process of placing orders with the chosen suppliers. Due to the nature of some products and market conditions at the time we had to be particularly aware of lead times in relation to the project completion date.
Throughout the process we had a presence wherever necessary at the principal contractor's progress meetings. We always feel this is worthwhile to allow us to keep updated and to make sure we are fully aware of our installation period within the main programme. Prior to the start of the installation we issue the installation team a detailed drawing for reference. We coordinated the deliveries of furniture to site and worked seamlessly with the principal contractor who still had operatives on site.
Our Installation Team were on hand as usual to attend to any post installation alterations required. The client is delighted with the look and feel of the space and as a business we are extremely proud to have been involved in this project.
